Shirts are unisex cut and the measurements provided were taken with the shirt laying flat. Most folks say our shirts run true to their usual size. Our 100% cotton tees are not pre-shrunk unless noted otherwise in the product description. Avoid ironing and avoid high temp wash/dry.
